I picked up some Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear colors from Walgreens, and decided to do my nails with them, since I didn't have to work at all this weekend. I used Deep Purple on my nails, with Rockstar Pink on the ring finger. I used In The Spotlight bar glitter on top of the purple, and I used some Maybelline Express Finish 50 second drying base/top coat (I got it for $1 at CVS, hehe :D)
Pre clean-up, don't judge me.
So, the colors are really pretty and all, right? But as I was working on this I remembered why I never buy Sally Hansen. It takes so damn long to dry. The drying time was ridiculous, I keep getting dents even 40 minutes after I painted my nails. This was with a quick dry top coat AND China Glaze quick dry spray! The glitter polish didn't have this problem, it dried very quickly, I really love it. But the purple kept getting all weird on me. Grrr Sally Hansen why can't you just be normal? >:[
I just took all the polish off, since I have work tonight. All my fingers I used the purple on have these weird salmon colored stains on them, I think the polish either stained my nails, or else tore some of the enamel off! Does anyone else besides me have these Sally Hansen problems?
