Sephora Lemmings

I'm back from Texas! I aboslutely LOVED it there. The town was so beautiful, and it wasn't all creepy-south like I imagined, since it's a huge college town. I found the greatest apartment, a 2 bedroom so there's enough room for me and my chinchillas :] My parents are helping me out with payments, and right now the agreement is that I will pay $200 a month, so that covers utilities and part of rent. I will definitely need to cut back on my makeup spending while I'm there, and try to save as much as possible so I have funds in case of an emergency or something. I also need to curb my spending right now, which is hard, as I have about a million indie things I want, as well as a bunch of stuff from mark/Avon, and from the Hard Candy line, and from Sephora and Ulta. :P Luckily most of it is pretty cheap, so I can still get a few things here and there even though I'm saving. Plus I have a Target gift card since I got Employee of the Month again, so I can get some pretty things with that ^_^ I did a cool look today, but I don't have the camera here with me, so hopefully I can post pictures later when my mom comes home with it. I really feel like posting though, so here is my high-end makeup lemming list of the moment! All of it is priced really well, all very affordable. Some of it is on sale though, so I should probably snatch some things up before the sales end... images are clickable.
I know Ulta brand isn't actually "high end", but I thought it fit with this wishlist well enough.
As you can see, I really love sets. I think you get a lot of different stuff for your money. The only oddball is the UD liner in shade Ecstasy... I have ones of their liquid liners already that I got for $5 off HauteLook, and I love it. It applies amazingly. I have tried NYX and Milani liquid liner also and I canNOT apply them well. This liner is the greatest shade of purple ever, and I know I'll actually be able to apply it. What high end makeup are you craving right now? I'd love to see your current lemmings :]

  1. Definitely lemming UD Super Stash... Benefit's Confessions of a Concealerholic... OCC Lip Tars... Chanel Coco Rouge Cambon... More Rimmel Colour Show Offs... Like all Fyrinnae shadows... MAC Look in a Box Gothette and Indie Girl... MAC Ripe Peach blush... Illamasqua Liquid metals... Illamasqua Intense Lipglosses... Some more things I shall not bore you with.

I approve of everything on your list!

    Saving really sucks :(

  2. I'm sort of craving to try MUFE :) I'm trying to cut back on my spending though.

  3. I'm basically lemming a whole bunch of MAC and Sugarpill - once you pop you can't stop! I've just placed another order for some neutral MAC shadows, and I'm regretting not getting some of the loose shadows when I placed my Sugarpill order. :X

  4. @RaeRae: Ooh I want that MAC peach blush too. And after seeing the Illamasqua liquid metals on Lillian's blog, those are something I kinda want too. But ahhh the price tag!

@Phyrra: I think everyone is trying to cut back T_T I'd love to try MUFE too, but so expensive! I was looking at their stuff on Sephora today, and they have these pure pigments. I don't know if they're actually just plain old mica or not... I'd hope not since they're like $18 a thingy...

@SilhouetteScreams: I hate MAC even though I've never tried them... haha I will never understand the hype and the price tag... the ripe peach blush is the only item of theirs I've ever been interested in. I really want Magpie from Sugarpill!

  5. Hmm... I'm lemming a limited edition Kat Von D palette that's difficult to find now. Otherwise, I've been killing my lemmings off so I will save my money for something I actually need, like a good makeup brush set.

I want more circle lenses too, but maybe as a reward if I do well in upcoming exams, lol.

  6. Yay for finding a suitable apartment!

I'm lemming a full size Essie Lilacism polish, Fyrinnae stuff and some Sugarpill.

  7. I love sets as well. They are so much fun.

I miss having access to Sephora. When I lived in the US; I had one within walking distance, and it was awesome (and expensive).

I'm really lemming the new Tokidoki line that Sephora has. I'll definitely check it out next time I got to the US!

  8. I'm with you, I love sets too! Confessions of a Concealaholic is so cute - and how often do you see a concealer set?!

    Best, Lisamarie

  9. Aww glad to hear you like Texas so much! I love sets too. And i'm both very sad and very glad we don't have sephora in the UK :P

  10. On the MUFE Pure Pigments - they're lake dyes with some minerals thrown in, according to Same premise as Aromaleigh's Rocks! line, pretty much, just a lot more expensive. But then again, MUFE's also the one who slaps "HD" on silica powder and sells it for $30 a jar.

    "0.03 oz No. 2:
    All shades contain:
+/- Cl 15850 (Red 6, Red 7 Lake), Cl 15985 (Yellow 6 Lake), Cl 19140 (Yellow 5 Lake), Cl 42090 (Blue 1 Lake), Cl 45410 (Red 27 Lake, Red 28 Lake), Cl 47005 (Yellow 10 Lake), Cl 73360 (Red 30 Lake), Cl 75470 (Carmine), Cl 77007 (Ultramarines), Cl77288 (Chromium Oxide Greens), Cl 77289 (Chromium Hydroxide Green), Cl77491 (Iron Oxides), Cl 77492 (Iron Oxides), Cl 77499 (Iron Oxides), Cl 77510 (Ferric Ferrocyanide), Cl 77742 (Manganese Violet), Cl 77891 (Titanium Dioxide)."

  11. Also, congrats on finding an apartment! It's exciting to move out, and I miss it.

I hit post too quick. ;)

  12. I'm dying to try Sugarpill's Loose Shadow in Goldilux. It is SO pretty. I also too want some of the UD Liquid Liners, but alas, they will all be on my "want" list for some time.

Congrats on your new apartment! Sounds like you're about to embark on a new adventure. <3

  13. Wow girl you got a lot of cool stuff! I nominated you for the I Love Your Blog award! :) More info at my blog...

  14. lol haha aww you are so adorable :p Thanks for visiting my blog! :) I'm going to follow you!

  15. @Kim: I hate saving money >:[ Good luck on your lemmings!

@Saila: I think everyone is always constantly lemming Fyrinnae and Sugarpill now!

@Pixie: I've never been to a Sephora, sadly. I love the Tokidoki stuff too, although I will admit I care about the cute packaging much more than the actual product...

@Lisamarie: It makes something boring like concealer look so fun and cool! Benefit really knows how to market their products.

@Lillian: I think I'm sad and glad too I won't be near a Sephora :P Ulta is already bad enough!

@Shattered: Lammme. Doesn't Smashbox sell that like $40 face primer which is just silica gel? I'm so excited to leave. I'm not moving until August, it can't get here soon enough!

@Makeup Zombie: I have waaay to many golds to pay $12 for another, haha. I'm a chronic sample only buyer. I probably won't get that UD liner for a loooong time either. Thank you! I can't wait to move out :D

@Miss Vintage Vogue: Thanks girly! I'm going to make my list of cool new blogs I've found tomorrow :)

    @Lula: Aww thanks :)
