Concrete Minerals Electric Eye Primer giveaway!

Good news everyone!
After reading my last post, Emily of Concrete Minerals generously offered to give one of my readers a FREE tin of the Concrete Minerals Electric Eye Primer! If you've been following my blog for a while, you know that this is my primer of choice, and what I use every day. I know Urban Decay Primer Potion is a holy grail item for many people, but having used that as well, I can say that for me personally the Concrete Minerals primer can totally hold it's own against UDPP. For me it works just as well, if not better, and since it's about half the price, it's what I'll continue to use! Here's my beat-up (AKA well-loved) tin.
I thought I'd show you a few swatches- a glittery loose shadow (Fyrinnae's "Lemming"), a pressed shimmery shadow (NYX's "Dune"), and a matte loose shadow (Aromaleigh's "Supermurgatroid"). On the left are the shadows without primer, and on the right they are over the Electric Eye Primer.
Now that you're properly convinced, here's how to enter: the only thing I ask is that you leave a comment with your e-mail address, and an idea (or a few) of what I should name my new kitty! Here's a picture of her:
She won't stop hiding right now, so this is the best I could do. ^_^ That's it! The giveaway will close on the 18th, and I will announce the winner on the 19th. This is open internationally! Good luck everyone, and thanks for reading!

  1. What a sweet little girl!! When I got my kitties, they hid for a few days, and eventually came out. I think I'd name her Penelope. :)

Hmm I'd name her Phoebe after the scaredy cat character from the Mrs PiggleWiggle books!

  3. Woah that primer looks impressive! Your cat is so adorable! My cat used to hide all day until I came home when I first got him. I miss those days. I'm getting a Samantha from the picture; then you can call her Sam for short!

I'd name the kitty Leia. Star wars cliche I know, but if I had a female cat, that would be my first choice!

  30. Adorable cat :D

It seems like that cat is stealthy, so the name I picked was Senka.

I think it's cute, feminine for an adorable female kitty, and it means Shadow in Russian. Perfect for a sneaky rogue like cat :P

  31. Me, I'm a sucker for Ancient Egyptian names for cats. I've got (had) two, Akasha and Osiris, with Osiris passing away a few months ago.

Your baby looks like she's going to be all over the place, making as much noise as possible once she's over her fears. :> How about Banshee?

  32. I love concrete minerals, too <3

Your kitty is too cute! I like cute, somewhat unusual names for pets (though my baby ended up named Bubbles... after the powerpuff girl). My suggestions would be Miso, or Beaker off the top of my head. My mom's all time favorite cat name is really cute, too... it's Ciate or Siete.. you pronounce it like each letter of the word cat. C-A-T. Yeahhh... hehe.

  36. Your new cat is soo adorable. I think real-people names are kind of cute for girl cats, like Zoe or Camille. Or if you have a favorite movie, I have tons of friends who have named their cats after characters, haha.

  39. Ooh please enter me, I'd love to try out that primer! hotmetalchicky@hotmail.com :)

I am rubbish with naming pets, my Kizzy was already 6 when I got her so she kept her name. Some name suggesting are:

    Peekaboo
Shy (because she's hiding and I love that as a name)
Puss (my friend called all cats Puss, love it!)
    Lolly (as in Lolcat)

  46. Hmmm I think you should name her Calypso or Calista! Calypso means "she that conceals" and Calista means "most beautiful". You could nickname her "Cali" or "Caly" (however you want to spell it haha) Calista has always been a favorite name of mine. It's so pretty and unique!

  51. I just discovered the CM eye primer about a month ago...and it is AMAZING! My first-ever holy grail item. (I wear it all the time, even without eye makeup - because my lids are so crazy oily.) I will NEVER be without it!

And ... names that come to mind for your new furkid: Iris (someone already suggested that though), Opal and Amber. (I have 5 boy cats: Cooper, Calvin, Apollo, Mercury and Noah. Apollo and Merc are twins.)

My e-addy: augustajosephine [at] yahoo [dot] com

  52. I noticed this is your go-to primer and I've been wanting to try it, so winning this would be awesome!

    My email is Darkest(dot)Sunrise(at)gmail(dot)com

Some good kitty names that I like are- Mixi, Milly, Spatz, Molly, Mimi, (love "M" names)Percy, Chaz, Gemma... Honestly I think the best pet names are nicknames that you give them because of their personality or behavior. Like Stinky, my Chihuahua. That nickname stuck even though we originally named him Chili ;D
