LADY GAGA concert look with the Sleek Acid Palette

The night I saw Lady Gaga was probably the best night of my life. I don't know if you know this, but I WORSHIP her. It was amazing to see her live. So many people were dressed up in the craziest, awesomest Lady Gaga costumes you could ever imagine. The Westboro Baptist Church was there before I got there. Regardless of your beliefs, I think we can all agree they are horrible people. Even though they decided to bring that hate, all of us little monsters had so much love for each other, it was so unifying. Honestly, if you can't accept other people's differences, fuck you :) I also liked the opening band, Semi Precious Weapons. I guess they are considered glam rock? I don't know, but I'm gonna order the cd off of Amazon.

Happy 101 Tag

I got the Happy 101 tag from Lisa Kate, who I totally adore :3 It's 10 things that make me happy, and I have to tag 10 blogs! Or however many I FEEL LIKE, what are you gonna do about it? Okay okay... I did 11, I'm not a huge rebel. 1. SPRAY BUTTER. Not your grandma's dumb spreadable butter. 2. THE X-FILES. I'm on season 7, devastated at the thought of my life once I'm done with the series and the latest movie... I dream about Mulder and Scully at least twice a week. Sadly, that's not a joke. The picture below is the X-Files poster I got for Christmas! 3. MOVIES. Not your typical lame girly movies... those are for chumps. Horror movies are my favorite, ones that push you to the limits and make you scream. But I also love disturbing movies, classic comedies, and Fred & Ginger movies. I am as into movies as I am into makeup... that should tell you something. Last night, I watched The Midnight Meat Train :D 4. SNEAKERS. I have probably around 12 pairs of bright ass sneakers, and maybe 10 pairs of flats. I'm going to show you guys a picture of my shoe collection sometime. These are the ones I got for Christmas. 5. SAM. 6. HELLO KITTY. I know a lot of people probably hate Hello Kitty. I would say she hates you too, but her heart is made of pure good and she could never hate anyone. 7. LADY GAGA. A Piece of Me, January

I like: hot chocolate, hot tea, hot cider. not feeling compelled to buy clothes, since it's too cold for anything but hoodies. it's my one year with my boyfriend this month. I don't like: it's the last day of break, my boyfriend's gone for 2 weeks, I have hives from stress, and I couldn't get Lady Gaga tickets. I want you to know: that I'm not getting a lot of hours at work right now, so I won't have too many reviews and swatches, most likely. I've planned: to finish cleaning my room...sometime... I want to say to someone special: I miss you Sam. I love you.

Pink is for Love :)

Yesterday I was inspired yet again by Lady Gaga- this one is based off of Lovegame. It was also my 11 months with my boyfriend, so I wanted to do a pinky, Valentines-esque look. What I used: Tell Me Lies, by Hi Fi (inner lid) Beautiful, by Hi Fi (center of lid) Starlet, by Detrivore (outer lid) Bandits in Bras, by The She Space (pink liner) londondungeon, by Aromaleigh (dark liner- why haven't I bought a full size of this yet?) Covergirl eyeliner in brown black (waterline) Equality, by Fyrinnae (under waterline) Max Factor Lash MAXXX mascara Detrivore Primer, with Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy on top Fyrinnae lip lustre in Lollipop-Pop Wet N Wild Glassy Gloss in Candy Glaze on top of the lip lustre I don't think you can tell so much from the picture, but I attempted blush! I never wear it cus I always make myself look dumb. I used Hi Fi's Beautiful, since it's such a light pink. I think it actually turned out well! I'm going to try blush again soon. :3

Black EOTD

I was listening to my beloved Lady Gaga and was inspired to do this look (from the song Vanity). That song is like my theme song, haha. "Nothing's wrong with being just a little bit vain, we need a little pretty cus this country's insane"... so true, Gaga. So true. What I used: Nile, by Meow (inner lid) Abyss, by Detrivore (outer lid, crease) Train to Nowhere, by The She Space (eyeliner) Voluminous by L'Oreal mascara some Max Factor gloss... r.i.p. Max Factor in America ;_; I love a good old black eye look sometimes. Also, the hoodie I'm wearing is one I thought I ruined because this stupid spot wouldn't come out, and now it's magically gone! \(^o^)/ Annnd I painted my nails with OPI's Russian Navy. This picture looks exactly how it looks irl, at least to me. There's some purple shimmer, but you can only see it if you do a single coat, and I wanted an actual navy, so I did two coats. I love OPI more than any other polish because of the brush. I am HORRIBLE at painting my nails, and the fat brush makes it easier for me to do an acceptable job.

Silver EOTD

Hi everyone, my hand healed enough that I can type today! I still have blisters and burn marks over my wrists and arms though... gross! I guess I just live life on the edge, working a dangerous job like mine. Arby's is crazy, man. You drop one piece of popcorn chicken into the fryer and BAM there goes the oil splashing and you lose your left hand usage for the night. This Thanksgiving I am grateful for my boyfriend, Sam, my friends, my family, my pets (a dog, cat, 2 degus, 2 chinchillas), Lady Gaga, Hello Kitty, and MAKEUP! I hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving. I decided to do a silver EOTD on Tuesday using some of my new Meow Cosmetics samples. I was left feeling semi-disappointed, like I was when I swatched them. The color 'Broken Mirror' didn't stay on well, and I had to reapply it during the day. What I used: Sabertooth, by Meow (inner lid) Broken Mirror, by Meow (center of lid) Nile, by Meow (outer lid) Train to Nowhere, by The She Space (under eyes) Max Factor 2000 Calorie Extreme Mascara I've seen the pictures of the Holiday collections on the Meow website, and there are a lot of colors that look beautiful. But I don't think I'm going to order again, especially right now. I'm trying to only spend $20 ordering makeup until Christmas, because I have to get presents for everyone. I love the holidays. :)
